Unistat Series - Antistatic Agent for all Fibres
CHARACTERISTICS:
APPLICATIONS:
- General purpose antistat for worsted, ring and open end spinning of all fibres
- Antistat for natural fibre fabrics.
TECHNICAL/APPLICATIVE CHARACTERISTICS:
- good antistatic power on all fibres
- it can be applied in combination with lubricants and cohesion agents
- it does not cause either colour extraction on dyed fibre or yellowing on raw fibre
- it is applied on fabric by foulard
- thanks to its chemical composition, it allows to keep a constant moisture on treated fibres.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE:
Unistat Series is generally applied by spraying on staple in watery emulsion preparared by adding 2 or 3 parts of water to the product.
Depending on treated fibres and production process, dosages vary between 0.5 - 1 - 1.5 parts of Unistat Series.
On fabrics, Unistat Series is applied by foulard using 50 - 100 g/l emulsions, metering from 0.5 to 1% on goods.
