Unilevel Series - Levelling Agent for Wool, Silk, Polyamide and Their Blends

APPLICATIONS:
- Levelling and penetrating agent in dyeing of wool, silk and polyamide fabric, hanks and bobins with acid, milling, chrome and premetalizzed 1:2 dyes.
TECHNICAL/AP PLICATIVE CHARACTERISTICS:
- Excellent levelling effect
- It has affinity to the fibre as well as to the dyes, so allowing a better dyeing levelling
- Particularly effective in dyeing of yarn on bobins
- Suitable for dyeing with a very short bath ratio
- It gives excellent results to recover defective dyeings.
RECOMMENDATIONS OF USE:
Unilevel Series is used in different quantities depending on class of used dyes and mainly on pH at which dyeings are made according to following indications:
Dyeing pH 6 -7 0.5 - 0.8% of Unilevel Series
Dyeing pH 4 - 5 1.0 - 1.5% of Unilevel Series
In case of use to recover defective dyeings, it generally used in quantities between 3 - 5 g/l.
Handling and storage method
Do not use for another purposes other than recommended use.
Avoid contacting eyes and skin and wash enough w ith a plenty of water in case of contact.
Can be stored in natural condition and especially should not freeze and avoid direct sunlight
